I started this journey because I didn’t see a space where women, especially Muslim women, were being taught how to train in a way that aligns with our bodies, hormones, and lifestyles. After facing my own struggles with energy, hormones, and confidence, I dove deep into the science of female health, from metabolism and insulin resistance to PCOS, menopause, and strength training. Today, I coach women around the world through personalized 1:1 programs tailored to their goals, routines, and hormone needs, and I offer a full library of digital guides covering fat loss, hormone balance, strength-building, and more.
