About Us

Stewart Mackie is a fitness professional with over 20 years experience in the health and fitness industry. Originally from Hereford, England, he specializes in working with clients to create tailor-made, individualized programs, which motivate and challenge, Stewart has the expertise and character to bring out the best in people, enabling them to achieve their goals and reach beyond them.

As a sports enthusiast, Stewart grew up playing competitive Rugby, Cricket and Hockey. Stewart's passion for sport and fitness inspired him to embark on a career in the health and fitness industry, expanding on his own personal training goals to offer inspiration and expertise to others. Stewart has worked in a variety of health clubs and gyms, from privately owned gyms to leading UK health clubs. NASM qualified and with experience in managing health clubs as well as providing Personal Training in the UK and New York, USA, Stewart offers a broad perspective and focus to the client experience.

In addition to working with adult clients, Stewart has previous experience with exercise and motivational programs for children ages 10-14.

From personal experience, Stewart understands the different goals that people have from their fitness training, be it weight loss, sport specific training, altering body composition or a different social experience.
